What to tell us first
These four answers let sales give you a real quote instead of a brochure:

| Roughly how many customers do you expect in the first three months? | Determines the credit pack and whether automation is worth it. |
| Do you bill through WHMCS? | If yes, the module changes your workload substantially. If no, say what you use. |
| Do you need your own domain or your own app? | Custom DNS is included with the panel; a branded app is a separate piece of work. |
| Which markets are you selling into? | Affects what you should be checking legally before you start. |
We will never ask for your card details, a one-time code, or remote access to your machine, and we will never send you API credentials over an unsolicited message. If something claiming to be TREX OTT does any of that, it is not us. Report it and we will confirm — see panel security.
Existing resellers
Support issues go through the chat inside your panel, so they arrive attached to your account. Use the channels above for commercial questions. What we can and cannot act on is set out in support escalation.
Your customers
Your customers should contact you, not us. You are their supplier of record. If one reaches us directly we will point them back to you rather than change anything on their line.
