What TREX OTT sells
TREX OTT is the wholesale and platform side of TREX. We sell credits, a reseller panel, custom DNS, branded applications and a WHMCS provisioning module to people who run their own customer base.
The consumer service, TREX TV, runs on the same infrastructure but is a different product for a different buyer. The two sites are deliberately separate: nothing on this one is written for a viewer, and nothing on that one is written for an operator.
How we work with resellers
You own the customer
Your customers are yours. We do not market to them, and they should not be contacting us — see support escalation.
You set your prices
We publish what a credit costs you. What you charge is your decision in your market.
You get the real panel first
The simulator is open to anyone, before any conversation about money.
Straight answers about limits
Where a platform cannot be delivered, we say so on the page rather than in a later apology — see white-label platforms.
Claims we removed
In August 2026 we went through this site and took out every figure that was not backed by something we could show you. That included a “5× your money” return claim, an average-ROI counter, an active-reseller count, an uptime percentage, and a founding date and founder name that could not be documented. None of them have been replaced with softer versions; they are simply gone.

What we do stand behind
- Credit prices are published on the panel page and are the prices you are quoted.
- The panel is open in the simulator, so its capabilities are checkable rather than described.
- The WHMCS module does the five actions listed on its page and no more; we do not imply otherwise.
- Platform limits are stated where they apply rather than discovered later.
Rights and content. TREX OTT supplies infrastructure, tooling and applications. We do not claim any affiliation with, endorsement by, or distribution licence from any broadcaster, sports competition or studio, and we do not use their names as marketing. What you are licensed to resell, and where, is a matter for your agreement and for the law in your market — take your own advice on it.
