TREX OTT Terms of Service

The terms that govern a reseller account: credits, resale, your obligations to your own customers, white-label work, and the earnings claims we do not make.

1. The relationship

You buy credits and platform access from TREX OTT. You then supply subscriptions to your own customers, in your own name, at your own prices. You are the supplier of record to those customers. TREX OTT has no contract with them, does not invoice them, and will not vary their service on their request — see support escalation.

2. Credits

• Credits are prepaid units of account, not currency, and carry no cash value.
• They are consumed when you create or renew a line, at the rate published on the reseller panel page.
• Credits allocated to a sub-reseller leave your balance. Treat the allocation as a sale.
• A credit that has been spent activating a line is not recoverable.
• Any expiry term applying to your credits is whatever your written agreement with sales says. Nothing on this website creates one, and nothing on it removes one.

3. No representation about your earnings

TREX OTT publishes what a credit costs. It makes no representation whatsoever about what you will charge, what you will earn, what margin you will achieve, or how many customers you will acquire. Any figure of that kind that appeared on this site before August 2026 has been withdrawn and should not be relied on. You are running your own business and taking your own commercial risk.

4. Your obligations to your customers

Because you are their supplier, you are responsible for:

• your own terms, pricing, invoicing, refunds and consumer-law compliance;
• first-line support, and for not routing your customers to TREX OTT;
• whatever you tell them about availability — do not pass on uptime figures or restoration times you have not been given, because none are promised to you;
• the lawfulness of your resale activity in every market you sell into. Take your own advice on this; TREX OTT does not give it.

5. Content and rights

TREX OTT supplies infrastructure, tooling and applications. It does not claim to hold, and does not represent that it holds, distribution rights, endorsement or affiliation in respect of any broadcaster, sports competition, studio or rights holder, and it grants you none. Nothing in these terms is a licence to distribute anyone else’s content.

6. Account security and the API

Panel credentials and API keys are issued to you and are yours to protect. You are responsible for everything done with them. Do not embed them in a public repository, a screenshot or a support message; ask for rotation instead — see panel security. TREX OTT may suspend an account that appears compromised, in order to protect the lines running on it.

7. White-label work

Where a branded application is commissioned, you warrant that you own or are licensed to use the name, marks and artwork you supply, and you indemnify TREX OTT against claims arising from them. The application is licensed to you; ownership terms are those in your written agreement, not those inferred from this page. 8. Availability

The platform is delivered over the public internet. No uptime percentage and no service level is promised by this website. If you need a contractual availability commitment for your own customer contracts, it must be agreed with sales in writing; see service status and maintenance for what is and is not measured.

9. Suspension and termination

TREX OTT may suspend or terminate a reseller account for non-payment, for a breach of these terms, or where activity on the account threatens the platform or other resellers. Where it is safe and lawful to do so, notice will be given first.

10. Liability

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, TREX OTT is not liable for your lost profits, lost customers or business interruption, and its total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before the claim arose.
