How to Install TREX OTT on MAG Box (Stalker Portal) in Under 5 Minutes

MAG boxes use a Stalker portal URL — paste it into the box settings, restart, and stream.

What you need

• A MAG box (250, 254, 322, 420, 425A, 524, 540 series) on the latest firmware.
• Your TREX OTT portal URL (and TREX support has whitelisted your MAC address).
• A 25 Mbps+ wired or Wi-Fi connection.

Step-by-step setup

Step 1: Note your MAC address

On the MAG home screen go to System Info and copy the MAC. Send it to TREX support so they can whitelist it.

Step 2: Open Settings → Servers → Portals

Press the menu button, navigate to Settings → Servers → Portals.

Step 3: Enter the Portal URL

In Portal 1 URL, paste the URL TREX provided. Leave Portal 2 blank unless told otherwise.

Step 4: Save and restart

Press OK to save. Reboot the MAG box from the menu.

Step 5: Wait for the channel list

On reboot the EPG and channel list load automatically. Pick a channel and stream.
